Is it possible to change a gameboy color cartridege into a gameboy advance cartridge?

Why would you want to try that? Gameboy Advance is backward compatible, meaning you can play it on there.
Or do you just want it slimmer and smaller for aesthetic reasons? (meaning you don’t want to see it sticking out from the slot)

No. The GB Color games had a battery, like all other game cartridges, but they lasted only a few years at most. The GBA cartrdige will last alot longer. Also there are many different things too.
Gameboy Micros don’t play gameboy color… it’s not the size… they will NEVER play it unless you hardware mod the micro
